We currently deliver within South Africa only. Remote areas may take slightly longer or incur additional shipping costs. International shipping is not available at this time.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, 08:00–17:00 SAST). Delivery to major, regional, and remote areas typically takes 8–11 business days after dispatch. Estimates may vary during peak periods.

Yes. You have a 7-day cooling-off period for online purchases under ECTA. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Worn, washed, or altered items cannot be returned. Email sales.kaevor@gmail.com with your order number and reason to initiate a return.

Report defective, faulty, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. Under the CPA, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund. Kaevor will cover return shipping for confirmed defects. Please photograph the item before opening damaged parcels.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Kaevor error or defective product.

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, the order is treated as delivered per our online sales agreement. Processing fees may be deducted on cancellations.

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details where available. Use the courier’s tracking link to follow your parcel’s progress.
